How Does the CBE Process Work?

Core Belief Engineering is a gentle questioning process in which the client is conscious and participates throughout the entire process.

We begin by consciously exploring what the client would like to work on. Through this initial stage of the process the client and practitioner determine what is at the core of the presenting problem and the client decides whether or not this is something they would like to change.

From this the client establishes a contract defining what they would like to solve or accomplish. Then the practitioner will guide the client in a dialogue between their conscious mind and subconscious mind. Through this interaction we will explore and restructure the beliefs and strategies used by the subconscious part holding patterns or problems in place. This type of intensive exploration will bring you to your true, original core self where healthy and supportive beliefs lie, such as "I love me", I am intelligent", and "I trust my judgement". When such beliefs are rediscovered, they are easily accepted by self and their energy is used to dissolve the old beliefs and patterns.

You can then use the new or rediscovered healthy beliefs to develop a new base where your talents and abilities can be realized. These changes feel natural, are lasting and will accumulate as time goes on.

A CBE process can last from four to eight hours or longer. We ask that the client keep an open ended schedule so we can take the time needed to complete the process. Although each session brings change, if you have a significant problem you have lived with for many years, a number of sessions may be required. A session is usually booked four to six weeks apart.
