What Makes the Core Belief Engineering Approach Unique?

Clients are seen as individuals with their own unique personal history.

Clients feel respected and in charge of their changes.

CBE does not teach you how to cope, it solves the problem.

CBE goes past analysis and labelling of behaviours and communicates directly with the part of the mind that is responsible for the behaviour.

While traditional therapies usually interact with a client for one hour sessions on an ongoing weekly basis, the CBE practitioner takes whatever time is needed-each session-to help you reach your objective. A session averages between four to eight hours in length to complete the changes requested. Follow up sessions are suggested or requested as needed, the time in between sessions is usually from three to six months apart. There is no 'average' number of visits- which have ranged from one to twelve.

There is an original process developed and copyrighted by Elly Roselle. It is not available anywhere else.

CBE offers a personalized one on one interaction that goes deeply and thoroughly into areas of the subconscious, while the person's consciousness is observing and participating in any changes.

CBE not only deals with beliefs systems but also works with the benefit structure built around habitual behaviours and automatic internal thought patterns.

CBE encourages self reliance rather than reliance on the therapist. CBE gently helps a person who views themselves as a victim to change beliefs to support self-ownership and self determination.
